Here is a sampling of what other systems look like.

You decide if you would want any of these on your head, or if you prefer that your extension lie flat and nearly invisible.

Brazillian  - Generally $400 to $800

You buy new hair each time.

Weft - Generally $200 to $1000

You buy new hair each time.

Braid Fusion - Generally $200 to $1000

You buy new hair each time.

Glue fusion (Great Lengths, So Cap, HairDreams, Extend)

They all claim to be “resin” “keratin” etc bonded to your hair. 

You decide what “bonded” to your hair means to you.

Generally $2000 to $3000

You buy new hair each time.

This is the cylinder system, but the person who installed this, obviously has no idea what they’re doing.

You should NOT see the cylinders.

This is Paris Hilton, who is the face of a Dream Catcher’s, a hair extension company and one I have done business with, and never would again.

This is the “microlinks” system.

Similar to the links/locs, but the microlinks are often square so they don’t close flat, and obviously they either had no color to match the roots so that they are invisible, or the color  wore off.

I actually took this picture while I was behind this girl in line.

When I saw her hair, I knew it was skanky extensions, and upon further investigation, and the wind blowing right for me,

I snapped this with my phone.

This girl is GORGEOUS, but her hair extensions are terrible.

See how skanky they are at the bottom?

You can see her real hair through it also.

This is NOT a good job, plus the extension hair is bright blonde and hers is more honey.

So OBVIOUSLY fake.

Look at this mess.  I don’t even know what they call this, I think an “integration system”.  It’s a strip of glue with hair on it and you stick them to each other.  You couldn’t even have someone put their hands through your hair.  Full head $2800, maintenance every six weeks $500.  Oy vey.

OR something nice, neat, flat, and

invisible to  your own hair,

like my cylinders.

Full Head $1800 to $3000.

You buy new hair the first time.

Then pay an hourly rate for maintenances.
